Joslin Batty

Joslin Batty, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), graduated from Utah State University with a master’s degree in Social Work. She received her bachelor’s degree from Utah Valley University in Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis on Psychology. Joslin owns and operates The Journey Counseling Center and is an Assistant Professor at Utah State University in the Social Work Department. Joslin is certified in multiple evidenced-based treatments including, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child and Family Trauma Stress Intervention (CFTSI) and is currently working on certification for Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT). She is licensed to work clinically with domestic violence issues. She specializes in working with young children, children, adolescents, and adults healing from trauma, domestic violence, and general mental health concerns.
